Eos Update

  • ETC is committed to navigating the constantly-evolving challenges of the ongoing global parts shortages. This page contains the most up-to-date information on affected Eos products, as we roll out internal component revisions.

    Last Updated: 10/19/2022

As of 2022-08-22, the following consoles will ship with redesigned internal components and firmware v2.0.0 installed:

    • Element 2

Firmware v2.0.0 and v2.1.0 have a reduced set of features. Future firmware versions will be released to restore these features. We will keep this page up-to-date as new firmware becomes available. Please reference each console's information below for details:

    Affected Serial Numbers:

    • Element 2 1k - 434833114 and higher.
    • Element 2 6k - 434860517 and higher.

Future firmware versions will be released to restore these features. We will keep this page up-to-date as new firmware becomes available.

Note: If you need to install Eos v3.1.4 on consoles that contain older module hardware (for example - in order to network older and newer consoles), doing so will not remove any features from the older consoles, and firmware v2.0.0 will not be installed on the older modules.
