  • ETC SiteLink is an always on, peace of mind cloud-based monitoring solution for your lighting and rigging control systems. Check status from anywhere in the world and receive up-to-the-minute alerts.

    SiteLink Performing Arts

    Performing Arts Alert Center

Your system reaches from the rigging tower to electrical closets. ETC SiteLink puts all of it at your fingertips. Monitor ETC’s rigging, networking devices, consoles, power controls, RDM devices, and architectural lighting from anywhere in the world.

SiteLink lets you arrange your devices by physical location (“Proscenium,” “Dimming Closet,” “Lobby”) or logical grouping (“Fixture Power,” “House Lights”) so you can organize devices to your own preferences.

Don’t need all the details about everything? You can customize SiteLink to only monitor system-critical components. Tailor accounts so users only see the status of specific locations or components and receive alerts related only to what you assign them.

    Class Monitor

Safety is even more important around students. ETC SiteLink gives school administrators and facilities managers assurance that everything is operating as it should – and detailed information about what is wrong if it’s not. SiteLink accounts can be associated with multiple subscriptions, giving administrators eyes on locations across a campus or across the whole school district.

    SiteLink - Touring

    Always On the Road

Touring adds stress to a rig and unfamiliar locations mean unforeseen problems. With ETC SiteLink, you can make sure your system is performing well from Altoona to Zurich.

    SiteLink

    Everything Connected

ETC SiteBox is your physical connection to SiteLink. The SiteBox securely translates between your control network and the cloud-based ETC SiteLink service. Each install site requires at least one SiteBox that is connected to both the control network and the internet in order to run SiteLink.

    Organized Just Like You

    Define the Rules

SiteLink lets users set status monitoring triggers exactly how you want them. Stay broad (“Device offline”) or get as specific as you like (“Hoist 6 slack line”).

    Choose Your Family (Of Products)

Only want to monitor power controls or RDM devices? No problem! You’re in control of what products you get more detailed info on.

    Determine Who Has Access

Include as many or as few people on your plan as you want.

    Individually Minded, Accessibility Friendly

Each user has their own account and opts in to the alerts they want to receive. Techs can receive text every time a monitored action takes place, while site supervisors can simply get a daily digest email of specific events.

Display accessibility options ensure each user gets the information they need in a way they can easily absorb.
