SolaPix 7 firmware versions 1.3.1 and later are not backwards compatible. After you update a fixture to firmware version 1.3.1 or later, you will be unable to upload firmware versions earlier than version 1.3.1 to that fixture. For assistance, contact

Please note the serial number prefixes for CPU2 Fixtures:
SolaPix 7: 942xxxxxxxx
SolaPix 19: 951xxxxxxxx
SolaPix 37: 951xxxxxxxx
Serial number prefix 55099xxxxxx use the non-CPU2 version.
Updating to the incorrect version will result in upload errors.
