ETC starts shipping Echo BACnet Interface

ETC’s Echo BACnet Interface integrates Unison Echo® lighting control systems and BACnet building management systems easily. The Echo BACnet interface is available for immediate shipment.

ASHRAE’s BACnet is a leading building management protocol, helping building managers integrate HVAC, shutters, A/V systems, and lighting systems, including Unison Echo from ETC. The new Echo BACnet interface provides a simple-to-implement interface for Echo control systems to integrate with a BACnet IP system. With the BACnet Interface, Echo control systems can receive commands to initiate lighting changes, share occupancy status with other systems, and more. 

Control commands can be sent to the Echo control system for building-wide overrides and control, including activating presets, playing a sequence, or placing a space into a timed event hold. The Echo BACnet Interface provides status for all Echo control points to a BACnet IP controller in real time.
