Val Farace graduated with a Bachelor of Education from Westminster College, Oxford in 1995, with a plan to become an English teacher. After becoming the receptionist at ETC Europe in 1996, however, she never looked back.
Farace’s job soon grew to include payroll and personnel duties for the UK office and she was soon promoted to HR Manager for ETC Europe.
In 2004 Farace was again promoted, this time to Global HR Manager, and moved to the US. At that time the HR department consisted of four HR generalists. The department has since more than tripled in size and is responsible for recruiting and supporting ETC employees in 29 states and over a dozen countries around the world.
Now the Vice President of Human Resources, Farace focuses on everything related to the global employee experience at ETC.
