MRIO-84

The Mosaic RIO 84 (Remote Input Output) device provides a convenient and scalable way to add inputs and outputs to a Mosaic system for show control and integration. Each RIO has a multi-protocol serial port, supporting DMX output, and a combination of multi-functional digital/analog inputs and relay outputs. Each device can be placed where it is needed and connected to Mosaic controllers over an Ethernet network.

Each MRIO-84 adds a further 8 input ports to your Mosaic Designer control system for interacting with devices such as sensors and switches. The 4 output ports are low-volt relays for activating switches on other devices. The multi-protocol serial port can send and receive commands from other systems over RS-232 / RS-485 or can be configured as a convenient additional DMX port on the system, supporting either remote DMX input for triggering, or a full universe of remote DMX output. Configuration is easy with free Mosaic commissioning software for Windows and macOS.
