ETC Selected as Wisconsin 75 Award Winner
Date Posted: 10/11/2024
ETC is honored to announce its
inclusion in this year’s Wisconsin 75 program list. Sponsored by Deloitte, the
program took place at Marquette University and recognized the top 75 privately
held companies in the state for their positive impact on Wisconsin’s economy
and their respective communities. This marks the second consecutive year that
ETC has been featured on the prestigious Wisconsin 75 list.
In addition to recognizing ETC
as one of the top 75 privately held businesses in the state, the Wisconsin 75
program also announced five Distinguished Performer Awards. These awards are
given to the top company in each category: Community, DEI, Innovation,
Succession, Sustainability. ETC was awarded the 2024 Distinguished Performer
Award for Succession. In February 2024, it was announced that ETC would be
moving to a 100%
employee-owned business model reflecting ETC’s long
standing commitment to putting its employees first. This change along with the realignment
of ETC’s executive team in June were significant factors in ETC
being recognized for its success in succession planning.
Sarah Danke, VP of Marketing,
attended the event and presented a video from James Foster, VP of Finance,
accepting the honors on behalf of the company. James expressed his gratitude to
the Wisconsin 75 program for the recognition. In his speech, Foster stated, “An
ETC run by its employees for its employees really is the ultimate
goal in our succession planning. With committed and passionate employee owners
the sky’s the limit for ETC.”
