James Foster
President
James Foster joined ETC in 2015, starting out in Research & Development. He has held many roles throughout the company including human resources administration, acquisition management, and as the manager of ETC's Quotations department in Professional Services. Foster was named Vice President of Finance in 2024. In that role, Foster oversaw a team of employees responsible for financial statement preparation and analysis, partnership finance for our vendors and customers, budgeting, treasury management, audits, tax returns and banking relationships. In 2026, Foster was promoted to President of ETC. Foster has also served on ETC’s Board of Directors since 2022.
