Karen Ramps is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at ETC, leading a team that collaboratively works to strengthen strategic focus, execution, and organizational effectiveness. Karen has been with ETC since 2013, building a unique organizational perspective through leadership roles in both finance and operations. Known for her love of all things Excel, and her boundless enthusiasm, she exemplifies ETC’s balance of creativity and discipline, bringing energy, clarity, and a deep commitment to employees and customers around the world. Prior to ETC, Karen spent 10 years working in non-profit theater in a variety of creative and administrative roles. Karen holds an MBA from Georgia State University and undergraduate degrees in Theater and Economics from Marietta College (Marietta, OH).
