John Clark
Vice President of Operational Excellence
John Clark comes to ETC with experience in corporate, manufacturing, product development, and government. He has developed expertise in driving savings, managing the risk factors that accompany growth and change, and leading and managing complex business
relationships. Specifically, he ensures that ETC continues leveraging its capabilities to drive strong collaboration and engagement across its manufacturing environment and R&D through best-practice sharing, benchmarking, and consistent process
deployment.
In addition to working for various companies like Motorola, Clark worked as a consultant for architecting and implementing new innovative products and product management. Most recently, in his role at AbbVie, he was involved in corporate finance,
strategic partnerships, and partner relationship management.
Clark has a passion for working with teams to take up processes and find ways to improve them to help the company be more efficient. Clark holds an Executive MBA from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and
a bachelor’s degree in communications & organizational leadership from Trinity International University.
