There were no new features in this release of ControlDesigner Software. This release corrected one software defect and maintains compatibility with other Paradigm v6.0.1 software.

  • A Color Picker is now available for use on any Paradigm Touchscreen. A Color Button is used in ControlDesigner to display the current color of the assigned fixture(s). When the button is pressed the user is presented with an HS color wheel and brightness fader to select the desired color. RGB faders are also available within the Color Picker.
  • Divisions are now supported on Faders to provide a user defined number of snap-to points along any Fader track.
  • Fader Increment and Decrement buttons now support a user configurable increment and decrement value.
  • Touchscreen wake behavior is now configurable to return to the previously active page, show the default page or perform a custom page navigation
  • The ability to assign a unique font, font color, and font size per control object state was added to the State Editor.
  • Control objects can be locked in the ControlDesigner configuration to prevent accidental movement during configuration.
  • To duplicate a control on the same page, press and hold (Ctrl) then click and drag the control to create a copy.
  • Several new control widgets were added to ControlDesigner including the Color Button, Time display, Date display, Number Edit and Stopwatch.
  • Newly updated "Brushed Metal"; "Paradigm"; and "Gel" themes are provided.
