Design View

Use the Design view to design the lighting system for the space you have created in the New Project Wizard.

The Design view is split into four main areas of user interaction:

• Browser and Folders
• Error Browser and System Time (depending on the settings from the View > Show menu)
• Plan workspace and Sheets view
• Property Editor
• Zone Library, Fixture Library, and Station Library

The Design view provides all of the tools and features required to design the space including:

• the ability to fully define how the primary and sub-spaces are laid-out (see Layout Spaces)
• the tools to add channels, fixtures, stations to the configuration
• the ability to add partition walls to combine or divide your new spaces
