Tabs

Tabs offer the ability to view multiple Displays in one frame. Any frame can have multiple tabs open, with each tab containing a single display.

You can open or close tabs using the icons in the Workspace Layout Menu, or by holding [Tab] and typing the tab number.

Pressing [Shift] & [Tab] will clear all tabs on the selected monitor, other than tabs in locked frames. [Shift] & [Tab][Tab] will clear all tabs on all monitors, other than tabs in locked frames. [Shift] & [Tab][Tab][Tab] will clear all tabs on all monitors including those in locked frames.

You can move and reorder tabs within a frame by dragging them to a new location.

Display Tabs

Display tabs are the various displays available in Eos that are not virtual controls. Select from the following list of displays, which will open in a new tab in the selected frame:

Control Tabs

Control tabs are the various virtual control options available in Eos. Select from the following list of virtual controls, which will open in a new tab in the selected frame:

Single-clicking on a control tab will bring it to the front of the frame but will not move focus to that tab unless the tab’s frame already has focus. Double-click to bring it to the front and grab focus.

Tab Numbers

All tabs have fixed numbers under which they open. These numbers appear in the Workspace Layout Menu next to each icon. When you press [Tab], active focus will move chronologically through all open tabs on active workspaces.

For multiple instances of the same display, the tab number will be followed with a decimal number. Additional tabs will start their numbering with .2.
