The error message "OMM Stub Failure" most often shows up at boot. If you see it momentarily at boot it can be ignored.
Conditions that can lead to this error message include bad processor, bad voltage, a power hit or drop, or a corrupt configuration. There is no workaround or fix and the processor will need to come in for repair if the error persists.
