The preset station is not activating a lighting look. Activate the preset button to "off" and you look at the button LED. If the LED glows and then goes out, or if the button looks like it is slowly flashing, this could mean:
The station is not bound to the emap.
This could be due to the station not being addressed correctly. Check the station ID on the back of the station. (Rotary knob) for the address. Once you have the address, call ETC Technical Support. We can verify that address with the original programming and make certain that the address is correctly set at your venue.
If the station is set correctly it may mean that the station's communication chip has sustained a power hit and is not communicating with the DAS processor. You should contact your local service center or dealership to arrange a repair of the station.
