Bob Tollefson
Vice President of Business Resources
Bob Tollefson graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In 2001, he joined ETC as a software developer to support and improve a growing suite of business applications.
In 2004 Tollefson became the manager of the IT Applications and Development group and was later promoted to IT Manager where he was responsible for all aspects of IT development and operations. Tollefson returned to school while working for ETC and earned his master’s certificate in Technical Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010.
Now as the Vice President of Business Resources, Tollefson oversees the IT, Facilities, and Quality groups at ETC with a focus on agile software development, lean manufacturing, and improved international business.
