RDM

RDM is a two-way communications protocol built-into DMX512 for remotely controlling and configuring compatible fixtures. RDM is only active on the Patch screen. Any RDM-compatible fixtures will automatically appear in the patch list.

The RDM button enables or disables RDM on the local DMX port. When enabled, the RDM button will be green.

You may also choose to turn off RDM when you have patched all the fixtures in a rig that you wish to use. If the patch list contains fixtures that you do not wish to patch, you can remove them by turning off RDM.RDM via Network
