Create Reports

The "Create Reports" dialog is accessible by selecting "Create Reports" from the Project menu. A selection of reports are displayed based on the available configuration data.

Guidelines of Use

• Use the "Select / Deselect All" checkbox or select individual reports in the list.
• Two buttons [Portrait] and [Landscape] are located at the bottom left of the dialog and are provided to set the orientation of the selected reports. Portrait is selected by default.
• The "Include User Data" checkbox allows you to include or exclude all object "User Data" also known as metadata for each object in the selected report.
• Click [Save] to specify the directory to save the selected report(s).

Report Types

System Contents

Creates an .odt file including the same data that is displayed in the "Sheets" view when the project node is selected. All spaces, walls, channels, stations, processor, and preset object types are included.

Patch, Space

Creates an .odt file including the same data that is displayed in the Patch by Space Display. The data displayed is for all spaces.

Patch, Universe

Creates an .odt file including the same data that is displayed in the Patch by Universe Summary Display. The data displayed is for all universes.

Timed Events

Creates an .odt file including a listing of all Timed Event data including start, stop times, recurrence, overrides, and actions.

Macros

Creates an .odt file including a listing of all Macros, each with a summary of their included steps.

Processor

Creates an .odt file including a list of all processors in the configuration and their configuration properties including, IP Address, DMX port configuration, sACN assignments, and serial options.

Station Functional

Creates an .odt file including a list of each station sorted by space, and which details what each control, tab, or page is configured to do.

Station Functional Summary

Creates an .odt file including a graphical representation of each station sorted by space which details what each control, tab, or page is configured to do.

Other Objects

Creates an .odt file including a list of objects not covered by other reports, such as channel groups, control groups, overrides and triggers.

Network

Creates an .odt file including a listing of all processors, their stations and their address information.

BACnet

Creates an .odt file including a listing of all objects configured for the BACnet Interface.
