Germicidal UV Radiation Chamber

The Germicidal UV Radiation Chamber utilizes powerful mercury-vapor lamps (short-wavelength ultraviolet C), to rapidly disinfect and kill known pathogens.
This compact unit is optimized to meet COVID-19 pandemic needs for rapid-disinfection of masks using ultraviolet light so the masks can be reused, helping to alleviate shortages of personal protective equipment (PPE). It is also appropriate for disinfection of gloves, computer mice, and other small devices, up to 3 x 10 inches in size. Effectiveness of the disinfection process depends upon how porous the surface of the object is and UV dosing time.

The Germicidal UV Radiation Chamber meets Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Class 2 device requirements.
