  • EchoAccess™ and Fitbit

    We discovered a potential issue with some Android devices running EchoAccess and Fitbits. Phones that have “All-Day Sync” setting on in the Fitbit app can cause EchoAccess to experience connection issue. Disabling this feature or  closing the Fitbit app will resolve the connection interference. 

    To turn off this setting in the Fitbit app:
    1) Open the app and click on the menu in the upper left had corner
    2) Select ‘Devices’

    3) Select the Fitbit device

    4) Toggle off ‘All-Day Sync’

    The other option is close the app so it is not running in the background
