We have encountered a bug with EchoAccess that effects systems that use Spaces other than Space 1. If you are using the EchoAccess Mobile App v184.108.40.206 with the EchoAccess Interface firmware v220.127.116.11.0.56, only Space 1 will show up. If Space 1 is not being used, the screen will show no spaces and there will be no Preset or Zone controls. Version numbers can still be verified in the Configuration menu.
This bug is fixed with EchoAccess Interface firmware v18.104.22.168.0.117. The Interface can be upgraded without coming into the factory.
