What is Professional Services?
Professional Services is a combined group of departments and includes: Project Engineering, Project Management, Technical Service and Customer Service. These departments are led by Mike Meskill at ETC Ltd. in London and Hans Klass at ETC GmbH in Germany.
The Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are responsible for standard product orders. The CSR’s work closely with our dealers and end users in processing. Though regionalized, they are happy to cross territories to help.
Customer Service contacts
The Project Engineers provide engineering support to all projects by verifying technical correctness of the system, designing custom items and answering technical questions. They also integrate outsourced product into ETC systems. The engineers also work very closely with Project Management to create submittal drawing packages and maintain the ETC standard drawing library. The ETC standard drawing library is available through the MYETC section of the website.
Project Engineering contacts
The project manager is your central communications point once your systems order is placed. They are responsible for coordinating all activities for your project from system design through project close out after the installation is completed. The Project Managers forge strong bonds with engineers, consultants and Dealers. These relationships allow for continuity of care providing a familiar efficient voice for all your project needs.
Project Management contacts
The Tech Service Specialists troubleshoot and solve problems with ETC equipment and installations. Technical Service is providing phone support, repairs, maintenance and technical trainings. With our extensive experience with equipment from Transtechnik, AVAB, IES and ETC the Technical Service Specialists can handle anything that come their way. We can also support with loan equipment during repairs or in emergency cases.
Outside the regular business hours (8:00 – 17:00) we provide 24 hour phone support for any technical emergencies.
To provide best support to our customer we have also established Authorized Service Centers (ASC), which we are working close together.
