ArcSystem luminaires require a constant circuit connection for operation. Intensity control of each luminaire is achieved by using either a wired DMX signal (via RJ45) or a wireless ArcMesh signal (via ArcMesh Transmitter).
The ArcMesh Transmitter is supplied with a 5db antenna that has a radiation pattern as follows:
40-degree omni-directional coverage is offered with this type of antenna. Any luminaires outside this coverage area will be unable to communicate effectively. Due to the nature of ArcMesh wireless network, luminaires outside transmission coverage can connect through another luminaire that is in range. To strengthen wireless ArcMesh system reliability, keep as many luminaires on the same plane as the ArcMesh Transmitter and within wireless range.
The Eight-Button Preset Panel is a remote control for the ArcMesh Transmitter, allowing wireless recall -- via the wireless ArcMesh network -- of up to eight preset scenes stored within the ArcMesh Transmitter.
The Eight-Button Preset Panel is powered by mains voltage (90-264VAC) and has eight illuminated blue buttons. Control buttons change to white when activated.
