This year’s LightFair tradeshow – May 9-11th in Las Vegas – will be an exciting one for ETC fans. For the first time ever, all four product lines in the Unison® family of architectural control systems – Paradigm®, Mosaic™, SmartLink®, and the newest arrival, Aero™ – will be on display together. Stop by ETC’s booth (#3449) to see the latest products in each of the Unison lines, including:
Unison Paradigm accessories
Paradigm Central Control Server™
ETC’s Paradigm control system is now more powerful, with added functionality for theme parks, cruise ships, performing arts centers, casinos, resorts, museums and other large-scale projects. The Paradigm Central Control Server works with Paradigm systems to broaden their range of control. Combining a native BACnet® communication system with new Virtual Touchscreens, the Central Control Server makes it possible for Paradigm to provide building-wide control for multiple- and single-processor installations. Multiple Paradigm systems can be united in a single system, and still retain programming capabilities independent of one another, so you have essential systems-management for multi-venue installations.
Paradigm 18” Touchscreen Station
The Unison Paradigm control system includes a variety of portable and wall-mount touchscreens for customizable displays, and ETC has added a new 18” touchscreen to the range. Used with the new Paradigm Central Control Server, the sleek, large-format touchscreen puts graphical controls and information displays in one spot so you can see a complete view of your lighting operations.
Unison Aero control systems
The Unison Aero line of building-control systems will make its first appearance at the LightFair tradeshow this year. Meeting today’s requirements for safety and energy efficiency, Aero lighting and power control products bring you cost-effective, intelligent room controls that reduce overall energy expenditures and improve energy conservation. New-build and retrofit office complexes, hotels, nursing homes, dormitories, retail outlets, restaurants and more can take advantage of wireless, battery-free control stations and sensors that detect occupancy/vacancy and monitor natural lighting. The Aero line allows you to create distinct lighting levels or add dimming and automatic on/off capabilities to individual rooms. With incredibly simple, fast installation and deployment, Aero gives you an immediate return on investment that will increase over time.
Unison Mosaic Tessera Panel Controller
The Mosaic Tessera Panel Controller easily controls complex lighting shows, moving lights, color-mixing LEDs, conventional fixtures, dimmers, accessories, automation, waterworks and other non-lighting effects. The Tessera features a 4.3” touchscreen and a 512-channel DMX-Over-Ethernet Mosaic controller that can master an entire installation on its own or be integrated into a larger Mosaic installation.
At LightFair, you can also see the most recent additions to ETC’s award-winning fixtures family:
Source Four LED™
The Source Four LED gives you Source Four®-quality light from an LED. It brings versatility to any architectural installation, by producing either a sharp focusable beam of light or a silky wash. Three Source Four LED versions – Lustr+™, Daylight and Tungsten – give you ultra-bright warm or cool whites, or a complete palette of colors using the Selador x7 Color System™. The Source Four LED produces maximum brightness – up to 40 lumens per watt – and the crispest image projection. Its user interface lets you customize performance for specific applications.
Source Four XT HID Zoom™
The Source Four XT fixture offers the same optical acuity, light output and energy savings as the Source Four HID fixtures you use every day, and is also IP65-rated for exterior use. The XT is dust-tight, watertight and can safely operate in the rain, snow and temperatures ranging from -4° to 104° Fahrenheit. Its 12,000-hour, 150W high-intensity-discharge lamp makes it ideal for long-term use.
Selador Desire™ LED luminaires
The Desire family of energy-efficient LED luminaires includes three chassis options – the bright D40, super-bright D60 and IP66-rated outdoor D40XT. They’re available in three brilliant white-light versions – Studio HD, Studio Tungsten and Studio Daylight – and four specialized-color arrays based on the x7 Color System – Vivid, Lustr+, Fire and Ice. Each luminaire features a user-interface and settings to simplify work and further tailor its operation for specific lighting tasks.
