Introduction to the Cobalt Control System
Learn to use the Cobalt console in a hands-on, user-friendly environment. (No more than two people to a console.)
Day one: Introduction to Cobalt
You'll learn about all of the Cobalt system's major functions and how to navigate the console, program conventional and moving lights, create dynamic effects, and work with groups
Day two: Overview of the latest Cobalt Software
You'll get to check out the Cobalt software and learn about channel layouts, editing dynamic effects, track editing, using multiple sequence lists and more.
The ETC Education Center is providing the following exciting learning opportunities for lighting professionals to learn more about the Ion console:
The course runs from 10am - 5pm each day and lunch is provided. The course is free to attend.
By registering you agree to attend a training course for lighting control suitable for practising professional and semi-professional lighting operators and technicians. The training will only cover how to use the product and does not confer any formal training qualification. On completion you will be presented with a certificate stating your attendance. The training assumes a level of knowledge of lighting beyond beginner, and is not suitable as a first introduction to basic concepts of lighting.
