Over to the right, you should see the parent page of this one in the Table of Contents.

Nope--there are people who monitor changes to the Wiki, but a lot of it is self-governing/self-correcting.
If the Parent Page is 'Learn how to do this', why isn't this a link from the parent page?
It won't automatically link, but it will show up in the Table of Contents as a child page. It's a limitation of this form of wiki, but it also helps keep clutter down. A bit of a trade-off, in my opinion.
