The Acclaim uses a power supply from another manufacturer, which has a wide range of AC input. There are two possible manufacturers that you will find. In early versions of the Acclaim, you will find power supplies from Computer Products Power Conversion. In the later production units of the Acclaim, you will find power supplies from Artesyn Technologies.
The switching power supplies made by Computer Products Power Conversion; Model# NFS40-7610. Computer Products rated this supply's line input anywhere between 100 and 240VAC at 50 or 60Hz nomincal frequency.
The power supplies made by Artesyn Technologies have the following rating as quoted from from the Spec Sheet. "... automatically operate from any voltage between 85VAC and 264VAC."
