Front of the EMD

The EMD is an empty chassis for an L86 rack.  It can be compard to an AFM for a Sensor Rack, in that it does not serve any purpose other than filling a space in the rack.  However, the EMD is important as by filling that space in the rack, it will ensure the proper movement of air and cooling within the rack.
