Problem: Dimmer modules slide out about 1/2" during transport of the rack. Modules must be re-seated before each use. Solution: Install (2) 7053A3087 Module Retainers per door (i.e. 2 per SP24, 4 per SP48). This will help to hold the modules in place.

Most likely the rack has been configured for advanced feature dimmers and you are not using advanced feature dimmers. Call ETC Technical Service or refer to the article in this database regarding generating defaults for a Sensor rack.
