Q: I can't seem to get any output to my visualizer using Eos Family Offline on a Mac computer. What's going on?
A: As of version 1.9.10 (current as of this writing) and before, offline output (sACN, ArtNet, EDMX) is not supported on the Mac OS X platform. If you need to get offline output (typically for use with a visualizer), it is recommended to use Eos Family Offline on a Windows PC or run a Windows installation in BootCamp on the Mac computer.
