When troubleshooting AAS problems, you need to verify the following to solve the problem.
LED activity:
Do stations have LED activity?
Is green LED (12V DC rail) on AAS processor lit?
LCD screen activity:
Is there any information on the LCD screen? In monitor mode?
Fuses:
Check if fuses are installed and good?
Station voltage:
Do stations have 12V DC?
Software Setup:
Is console mode set correctly?
Is patch correct?
Switches on AAS processor:
Does anything change when you toggle them?
