KnowledgeBase: SmartFade ML software 2.1 & the Elation DesignWash 250

There is a known bug in the Elation DesignWash 250 personality in the SmartFade ML version 2.1 personality library.  The closest working thing is the Elation DesignWash 575E

• although it uses a few more DMX channels that the enduser will need to skip.  If the installation can’t afford to skip those channels, the best solution is to create a User Personality.
