The ETCNet2 Two Port Node was available as either a wallmount (backbox mounting) version or as a touring version with either two male or two female 5 pin XLR connectors. Similarly to other Net2 products the connectors can be inputs or outputs irrespective of their gender.
The node took either a 24V DC input on a two pin header (wallmount) or DC barrel connector (touring), or could in both cases be powered by using Power over Ethernet.
The Two Port Node was obsoleted by the introduction of the Two Port Gateways in 2008.
