    Hello Jeff, I’m guessing that you want to know about upgrading to the version with the Wybron scroller on the front. There is an upgrade kit that can be purchased from ETC. I do not have the part number handy as I’m at home but Technical Service in the US should be able to get you the number...

  • Scrollers and Submasters; a problem?

    Hi everyone, So I want to put submasters for the area lights on stage. Channels 1, 21 and 41 into sub 1. I record this and everything is fine. The problem is when I introduce my scrollers on channels 61-69 then use my submasters, the color data is getting into the sub and the scrollers change color....

Our theater actually bought the ION a few months ago, but after hooking it up and trying to get started, we ended up plugging the Express back in - as the task of learning the new board seemed too daunting...
