Hi THanks, Have you tried to disable the build-in and/or thirs party firewall or have you allowed the client software in the firewall. Not sure with Vista, but I think you can find the firewall in the Security Centre (or whatever the name is). Florian

On my Ion I notice that the header that displays the show name and the time appears on both monitors as long as one has the channels and the other has the cue list, but it disappears when I expand my channels to be on both monitors. When deleting show files why does nothing show up on the screen showing that you are trying to delete a file? It would be nice to at least have a message asking you to confirm your delete action.

You can also change the percentage of the increase/decrease. Go to the desk settings under setup, then click manual control and you can adjust the plus and minus percentages.
