Ion Sluggish and delayed.

I have a ETC Ion console and it seems that ever since I updated my software to Version 1.8.2.9.0.2 there is a extremely noticeable delay. Display bug, or me being daft?

Here's the scenario; Q43.5 Main state Q44 Start to fade down, time 30, flags -B Q45 fade further, time 20 30, flags Mb P Q46 snap back up Q45 is always called within a few seconds of Q44.
