  • Re: Congo will not record (some) master playbacks

Thank you for your response, Richard. The content is not being recorded at all. This happens whether you record a new preset or update an existing one from the master playbacks. It's not a matter of channels being recorded with no level, either. If you look at the preset tab, the intended channels...

  • Re: Recording all attributes in a cue

Hi Jonathan, The easiest way to set what is recorded is in the advanced record window. When you hit [Record] press [Tab] to get to the advanced Record window. Go to Record attributes option where it, by default, says 'Changed'. Press [Modify] till it is set to [Active]. As Richard pointed out before...

  • Re: Cue links and loops

Hi Rob, Assuming all your presets are in sequence 1 you need to open the sequence. Type [1] and then press [SEQ]. This opens the sequence list. In this list you can edit the wait or follow on times or any other times you want. The difference between follow on and wait times is a wait time starts when...

  • programming lightning

Hey all I've been reading the forum for a while now but I've just joined because I need some help! I'm a new user of about 2 months now and I think I'm starting to understand most of the underlying logic. This week is the first time that I have actually tried programming a show so the...

  • Re: Multiple services/shows with changing set lists

Multiple sequences are often the best way to do this, as it's an easy way to organise your presets into songs that may be re-used in any order. You can either do this manually, or get Congo to do it automatically using a Playlist. The manual method is to load a new sequence onto the Main Playback...

  • Re: Congo Radio Remote Focus Unit

Richard: Unfortunately, I don't believe it can record Groups. The Group key is there to recall previously-recorded groups as an aid when focussing. Hi Richard, Are there any plans to implement this in the future? This would be much appreciated. I often have incomming productions with very little...

Hi all, OK I know how to insert a new Dyn effect thats no problem. The question for today is I've got a Dyn for a Mexican wave effect (thats up and down TILT but evenly spread) because we have 3 venues my movers are in different positions. This week most of my movers are hung on the vertical so I...

  • Re: Congo Offline Editor

Based on its functionality, if you ran it through WINE, you should use an emulated Desktop because Ive had problems with fullscreen apps and DirectX apps under WINE (odly enough, World of Warcraft worked better windowed in one WINE release) But I'll try running the offline editor in WINE and report...
