  • Naming in Channel Layout

    Hi all, Is there a possible of having a name txt box in the channel layout please. I can achieve this by doing a line then shrinking this to nothing the naming this. Any thoughts on this. I use this for Boom, Floor, S.R S.L and so on................... Carl

  • Channel Layouts

    Hi Guys, Is there anyway of having more than 1 channel Layouts on the screen at once, These help me loads and I would like to have the overhead stuff on one and the FOH on another. This is due to the full layout being too small. Is this possible with 1 or 2 screens, if not can this be a thought for a...

    The easiest way is to set up a default show file. You set the desk up the way you want it ( at mode or direct mode, screens, your standard groups and so on) save it as default show and then start programming with this file every time you start programming. Or you go in Browser->Files->Import, then...

    If you set out your layout correct with the same channel numbers then yes just use the mouse to select the units or use the keypad as you would usually, But remeber you can only access this from the Live Tab, Press format in live until you see you channel layout screen. Hope this Helps Carlos

    Carl, That is the only way to add text to layouts. Insert a line and add a text to it, then shrink the line to invisible. For the Line/Text, the zoom sizes the text. See you soon! Oskar
