Can softkeys be put on the Ion for the options used in making stepbased effects? When making step based effects the only way I see to select some options such as step, on/off, etc is to use the mouse to click the words under the step list or use the arrow keys to navigate around the list. I leave our board to be run by a lot of people and do not like leaving the blackout button enabled as it is bumped too easily. However when I went to disable it on the ION, I found that the Grand Master (which we do use) was also disabled? Is there a way to disable one without disabling the other?

Is it possible to tell the Eos/Ion to find fixture type A and replace it with fixture type B? We've had issues where a student has patched the show only to discover that they used the wrong profile for a fixture. This isn't a big deal with one or two fixtures, but 24+ units that aren't channeled...
