Can softkeys be put on the Ion for the options used in making stepbased effects? When making step based effects the only way I see to select some options such as step, on/off, etc is to use the mouse to click the words under the step list or use the arrow keys to navigate around the list. Hi THanks, Have you tried to disable the build-in and/or thirs party firewall or have you allowed the client software in the firewall. Not sure with Vista, but I think you can find the firewall in the Security Centre (or whatever the name is). Florian

On my Ion I notice that the header that displays the show name and the time appears on both monitors as long as one has the channels and the other has the cue list, but it disappears when I expand my channels to be on both monitors. It also seems to go away if you use expand in any of the blind display...

Heya there, i am a little lost... i have been using the ion (v.1.4.2.9.0.42) to connect to a XP PC running wysiwyg r22 and everything was going well.
