Major problem, it would seem on my test bench the Aux power and Lon pwer connections at the back of a Unison ERn have become swapped. I had three touchscreens attached and now none of them are working. Is there anything that can be done to raise them from the dead? I have a working screen so have proved that the system is functional now I have changed the wiring back. Any help much appriciated
Most likely, the fuse inside of it blew. Regrettably, there's no spare, and it's not one you can find at your local hardware store. You'll need to send it in for repair, so you should give a call in to Tech Services.
