Is it possible to make a fast run trough my ques without executing the linked ques from another list?

Not at console but as i recall it is [Go To Cue] 1 [Minus Links] [Enter]

Take a look at the cuelist SOLO function, maybe write a macro to enable/disable this on the other list?
Timing disable should also work for this . . .
[Fader Control] then soft key [Time Dis] & [Load].
