I had a problem yesterday morning with my Element Console not booting up. When I turn the power on(round button), the console would light up and the fans would start. The screen would never turn on and the fans would stay at the high start speed. The console would never boot up. I did a hard power down, and then tried again. Same thing. Took about 5 tries. We did have a problem in the building as the furnace was broken and the building was about 35-40 degrees. Could this be the culprit? This happened a week ago as well on the coldest day and wondered if it's the cold.

Thanks Anne. talked to them today. Best guess is the hard drive being too cold. Shouldn't have any more problems.
