Is it possible to scroll through the cue list on Element? We just got our Element and finished our first show with it, and one thing that I found bugging me time and time again was that I couldn't scroll through the cue list. If I hit the arrow keys the channel display scrolls. Tell me I'm missing something stupid. (I'm on two monitors btw) Thanks!

I think the problem here is that double tap of Cue doesn't do on Element what it does on Eos and Ion, which is to open the Cue List index. As Element is a Single Playback system there is no Cue List index to open.

To step thru the Cue list you should be able to use the Next and Last keys. In Blind this will show you the contents of the currently selected Q, in Live it will allow you step up and down the Playback Status Display, posting the currently selected (not currently Live) Cue to the command line.

If you want to look directly at a specific Q in Blind simlpy type [Cue] [x] [Enter]

Is this what you are looking for?

Double tap the Cue button (Cue, Cue)

It brings up the Cue List and you can then use Next Last or Page Up/Down arrow keys to scroll thru the list

This is, BTW, page 21 of the Element manual

I tried this but whenever I hit [Cue][Cue] I just get a syntax error.

I also tried this just now on the offline version (since I'm nowhere near the console) and it didn't work...

Maybe the timing of the the double tap ?, try speeding it up and see if that works

Clunkier, but you can go to to the Record Targets List - Cues and see it that way as well.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm looking for!! I knew there had to be a way, I didn't think of trying Next and Last.

Thank you!

The Element manual reads as such (Page 21):

"The blind display of record targets (also called "lists") can be quickly accessed by double pressing the record target button, such as [Cue][Cue] will display the cue list".

Am I not seeing that this is essentially the same as Eos and Ion, the only difference is that on the Ion (and I presume Eos) you get a screen split in half horizontally, with the lower half containing the actual Cue Lists.  This is a collapsable screen on my Ion, by mousing to the separation and grabbing the boundary and dragging it down, showing more cues in the selected list.

It would appear that we are missing something or the manual is incorrect.

Hi Steve -

The manual is incorrect. We'll get this fixed next time around. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks -
