Good Afternoon. I've been trying to use the Element Offline software for a while now, and I run into the same problem every time.
None of the shortcut keys that are listed online seem to actually work when I try them. Has anyone else had this issue? I'd really like to be able to work on shows and fixture profiles without sitting at the board.
I'm using an HP laptop running Vista. Any thoughts, suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Ensure that you have Scroll Lock enabled.
