I defined an Absolute Effect some time ago that changes colors on my Microh LED par cans. When I originally defined the effect, I had 12 of these devices. I now have 22 and would like to use the effect on all of them. However, when I select the entire group and start the effect, it only runs on the original 12 devices. If I read the manual correctly, it should run on all 22 since Absolute Effects are not defined with a channel list.
So what am I doing wrong? I am attempting this on ION 1.7 Offline, I haven't tried it on the ION console - it's not at hand right now.
Thanks,
You need to make sure that whatever palettes or presets you are using in the effect have data for all 22 of your fixtures. My first guess is that the Color Palettes are not there for the added fixtures. I would suggest going into the palettes and copying the data to the new fixtures :)

Bingo - I haven't looked yet but I'm sure you are correct. Each step referred to a Color Palette entry and I know that I haven't updated them for the additional devices.
