On two different occasions I have had my ION, execute two cues if i am scrolling the intensity wheel as I push go. When it happened one night, I dismissed it as my error, but then I had to to the same type of function a few nights later and it did it again. I couldn't tell if this had been discovered before or not. Maybe It's some strange occurrence, thought i'd put it out there and see if it had come up before.

P.S. My software isn't completely up to date because we are in the middle of a show run.

Jeff, we haven't had a report of this before.  What software version are you running?

thanks,

I was on a previous version when I first encountered this problem. I am now on 1.7 and have experienced it 3 or 4 times in the past week. I can recreate it by making the wheel spin while hitting go (if rolling a manual light out quickly while taking a cue). I have to try to stagger the wheel move in order for it to not double go. Just wanted to follow up on this further and see what we can make of it, Thanks!

Anne,

I have had this happen also.  Haven't seen if it will still do it in v 1.7+

Question: if you hold "Go" while scrolling the wheel will you 'go' multiple cues?

Ex: Normall the wheel would scroll a selected channels intensity, but while holding "Go" you now can scroll through the cue list?

It's an hour before show is everthing working?

Yup, where's the food!!

No that is not the case here. Scrolling while holding GO does nothing. -J

Has there been any more light been on this bug? The more live busking I do in conjunction with a cuelist the more its hitting me, throwing me into blackout cues early due to the bug and such. I've since had it even do it while moving a submaster slider and hitting go, and moving an encoder wheel. These situations are MUCH less frequent and inconsistent, but freaky that they occur.

So until more is figured out; I will be staggering all live moves with go's. Any info out there, or others experiencing this to back me up is helpful!
