Installed new (2.0.0.9...) firmware, lcd display doesn't work - smartfade 1248

I have lost the channel range indicators (1 and 13) and the intensity display for fader level on the lcd display following installation of the new firmware. Any idea how to get this back?

Hello,

This display format has changed slightly to improve the stack information.  The unit starts now with the stack on and the LCD shows the stack content, or the message 'stack empty'.  Simply turn off the Stack button to see the channel levels as before.
