I don't remember if I've asked for this before or not but; it would be great if the CHECK + and CHECK - buttons on the remote (cRRFU) skipped channels with nothing patched into them. I realize that might make it easy to loose track of which channel you have up but that's pretty easy to do anyway.
I know you can change the channel name to "0" but that takes a lot of time and our board-op has reported that it usually causes a crash the next time she runs the show. This has possibly been fixed a while ago since we've just gotten used to skipping past the empty channels and haven't tried it lately.
