Hey
Ive reciently purchased an Ion - i have a iiyama touch screen (prolite T2250MTS)
I can get the screen to work but no touch screen. should i be uploading drivers on to the ion and if so where should i be saving this info??
Or have i been sold the wrong type of touch screen and it will not be compatable with the ion ??
cheers paul
Hi Paul,
have you tried calibrating the screen as an ETC touch screen. (in Settings)
This worked fine for my Iiyama touchscreen.
But I do have a different type.
Hope it wil work very soon.

Unfortunately, that model isn't supported - it is a radically different technology than the Iiyama monitors that are supported.
http://www.etcconnect.com/Community/wikis/products/touchscreen-monitors.aspx
As an example, the Iiyama T1731 and T1931 series are supported.
Also keep in mind that the T2250 or other touchscreens will work on a Windows PC which is attached as an Ion client.
Hope that helps-

Yes thankyou for that :0
etc have told me that its the multitouch function that doesnt work (MTS) and is not supported on the ion - for anyone that has the same problem.
so im getting the monitor changed
cheers for your help
